How are new designers chosen to be added to the Project Artisan website?

We are always on the lookout for new designers to add to Project Artisan. We receive information daily about emerging designers from many sources. These sources include magazines, blogs, other designers and our customers. Please e-mail us at info@projectartisan.com if you see or hear about someone who might be of interest to us and our customers. close

Purchasing

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed. All of the designers who sell through Project Artisan are working from independent global locations and will be fulfilling your order directly. close

How do I return an item?

Contact our Customer Service team by calling 1-949-270-2910 or emailing us at returns@projectartisan.com to obtain a "Return Material Authorization number" or RMA#. Upon approval, customer service will send you an RMA# with shipping instructions. Products will be returned directly to each designer. You are responsible for all shipping costs. Please use the original packaging if available and in good condition. Please make sure to securely re-package as you are responsible for products damaged in return transit. If you are returning an item that was shipped by mistake or is defective, Project Artisan will pay the return-shipping costs close

When will my order ship?

Unless otherwise noted in each designer's shopping area or within product details, orders will be shipped upon receipt of order.
Once the designer ships your order, you will receive an email that includes the shipper's tracking information. If your order includes multiple designers, you will receive an email from each designer indicating your product has been shipped. This will include UPS tracking numbers.

How do I track the delivery of my order?

You can go to www.ups.com anytime to view and monitor the status of your shipments by inserting the tracking number supplied. close

My order is incomplete; when will my remaining items be delivered?

You can track your order by going to www.ups.com. If you have received an incomplete order, please contact customer services at customerservice@projectartisan.com. close

Do you ship to my country?

We will be adding international shipping after our initial launch. Send an email to info@projectartisan.com if you would like to be notified when international shipping is in place. close

Connecting With Designers

Is there a way to dialog directly with designers?

Yes, Project Artisan allows and encourages you to get to know each designer. Simply go to the designer you wish to communicate with and click on the “speak with the designer” link. There you can ask questions, make comments and have a direct line to your favorite Project Artisan designers. close

Personal Shoppping

Do you offer a personal shopping service?

Yes, when you register with Project Artisan you will be able to follow your favorite designers and products and receive updates as they become available. Use our “follow this designer” system located within "My Account". close
